Slot Lounge KYC Verification
Slot Lounge runs KYC checks before it processes certain withdrawals and when account activity triggers compliance controls. The review confirms identity, residential address, and ownership of the payment method.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Slot Lounge requests a clear color photo or scan of a government-issued document (passport, national ID card, or driver’s license). The file must show the full document, all four corners, name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and the photo. The casino rejects blurred images, cropped edges, glare over security elements, or mismatched details versus the account profile.
- Address proof: Slot Lounge accepts a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter that shows your full name and current address and is dated within the last 90 days. Screenshots from banking apps are rejected when they don’t show the issuer, date, and full address on one page. If the address on the account differs from the document, Slot Lounge asks you to update the profile first and resubmit.
- Payment method: For bank cards, Slot Lounge asks for photos of the front and back of the card to confirm ownership. You must cover the middle digits of the card number (leave first 6 and last 4 visible) and cover the CVV code; the name and expiry date must remain visible. For e-wallets, Slot Lounge requests a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing the account holder’s name and wallet ID or registered email. If you used bank transfer, Slot Lounge requests a bank statement or a screenshot of the online banking page that shows the account holder name and IBAN (or local account number).
Slot Lounge starts verification when you request a withdrawal above the casino’s internal risk threshold, when you change personal details, when payment activity looks inconsistent with the account profile, or when a payment provider requests extra checks. The casino also requests KYC before it pays out winnings from large promotional prizes.
Slot Lounge reviews documents within 24–72 hours after you upload readable files, and it pauses the withdrawal until approval. If images are rejected or details don’t match, the process extends by another 24–72 hours after resubmission.
